The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 11,                               
2005, calendar (page 966), was read the third time:                                                 
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 120                                                                              
    "An Act relating to safety devices and sharp instruments for the                                
    prevention of the spread of bloodborne pathogens in health care                                 
    employees; and providing for an effective date."                                                
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall HB 120 pass the House?"  The roll was
